30 Days on the (mini) Farm- Day 13

Busy Day. Beautiful day. The sun was out today, although it was still a little

windy...

Last night, hubby, Deklyn, Austin & Caden went to a Boy Scout Camp at a Buffalo Farm. I didn't think Koen or I would be able to brave sleeping on the ground, in 40 degree temps.

Koen and I did go up for a visit at the camp today. And watched the boys have fun doing all of their activities. But Koen and I dropped out after about 3 hours because of the wind, and as soon as we started driving, Koen fell fast asleep.

Here are some pics of the boys at their camp today:

I guess there were several babies born while they were there. We got to see a few running around the pasture already. It is amazing to think something was just born yesterday, and is already running around soaking in the ins and outs of life. God is amazing.

On the farm today, I got one picture of this little robin singing to me this morning:

I guess he likes the Red Bud flowers too.

Great pic of the Robin singing. Boys have a big smile on their face so it looks like they had a blast. :)

I have awarded a Zombie Chicken Award to you!

Zombie Chicken Award reads:

“The blogger who receives this award believes in the Tao of the zombie chicken - excellence, grace and persistence in all situations, even in the midst of a zombie apocalypse. These amazing bloggers regularly produce content so remarkable that their readers would brave a raving pack of zombie chickens just to be able to read their inspiring words. As a recipient of this world-renowned award, you now have the task of passing it on to at least 5 other worthy bloggers. Do not risk the wrath of the zombie chickens by choosing unwisely or not choosing at all…

Come on by and pick it up (that is if you want it)
