Working on Learning Fair Projects

Soon, I will be posting pictures of my boys learning fair projects. Deklyn and Austin are both doing a 3-D project, and a science project. The learning fair is kind of like a science fair, except they don't' want to leave the kids out who would rather lip sync to a song than do a science project, so it encompasses a lot more...

Like I said, my boys are doing 3-D. And they are using their Legos to build their project. Deklyn is building a TIV (Tornado Intercept Vehicle), like on the Discovery Channel. Austin is building a rocket. I will post pictures soon!

They will also be working on a science project. We already have Deklyn's, he is doing a Tornado project ( he is really into tornadoes...) and Austin is making a battery out of a potato. We will post what those look like soon also.

So that is what the family has been up to. Besides Caden and Koen getting over their colds and ear infections, finally!

i am glad we aren't the only ones still working on projects. we have a pig to paint! oh the joy of school work that requires parent help. i don't think we ever graduate till we die. sometimes my mom still helps her grandkids.....haha.

Guess what. I just asked Jason to buy the Weather Channel set called "Storm Stories" because there are tons of episodes of real-live coverage of tornadoes on it. I'm deathly afraid of them, but terribly intrigued at the same time! Can't wait to see pics! :)
